As a real estate service provider, we develop the real estate strategy for the administrative locations. We do so by searching for suitable areas to build on, securing the purchase of land and obtaining the necessary building permissions. We are also responsible for the design, project planning and construction of administrative and special-purpose buildings. Once this work is complete, we ensure that operations run smoothly and look after the property – whether rented or in our possession. If necessary, we also rent office space and special-purpose areas on behalf.
We are the central service, solution and system provider for all the mobility matters of the companies of Schwarz Group. Our extensive range of services covers everything according to order from group-wide vehicle fleet and travel management to the implementation of innovative mobility solutions for use both within and outside the Schwarz Group. We also utilize forward-thinking and environmentally friendly mobility alternatives such as JobTickets, e-bikes and our twogo employee ride-sharing app.
